Yes! We currently ship our products across India. International shipping is currently not available.
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes around 5–10 business days, depending on your location, courier service, and other delivery conditions.
Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING on prepaid orders of ₹999 or above across India. Free shipping is available only on prepaid orders. COD orders are not eligible for free shipping. For orders below ₹999, applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.
Yes! Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and locations. COD availability and any applicable COD charges will be shown during checkout before you place your order. Please note that COD orders are not eligible for our ₹999+ free-shipping offer.
Yes. Many of our books are produced using a Print-on-Demand (POD) model. This means your book may be printed and prepared for fulfilment after your order is placed. Because of this, production may begin shortly after an order is received.
You can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation. Cancellation is subject to whether your order has already entered production or fulfilment. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
For change of mind, personal preference, ordering by mistake, or other non-defect-related reasons, you can contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to request cancellation, return, or refund. After 24 hours, normal change-of-mind returns or refunds will generally not be accepted. Damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different products are handled separately.
If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different product, please contact us at chakrareads2@gmail.com with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where tracking is available. You can use the tracking details to follow your shipment with the relevant courier partner.
